Our products in pouches comes in our letter-box friendly tub and foil sealed for freshness. So whether you are at home or not you can be sure that your order will be waiting for you when you return home.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the UK. If our next working day delivery service is selected, orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday and orders placed after 1pm Friday and throughout the weekend will be despatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
healthymood.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
healthymood.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
All our products can be shipped internationally although they must be paid for in pounds sterling. At checkout you will be able to select the country for delivery and this will then display the available delivery options and prices.

Returns and Refund Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our Products and if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase, we offer a full 'no quibble' refund or exchange policy. We will usually refund the money paid via the method you originally used as soon as possible after request. Products returned by you for any reason will be refunded in full or exchanged for the same or an alternate product of equivalent value.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be AS NEW when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 30 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once we have received the item, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.
If the item is faulty
If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone or email to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.
We suggest all goods are returned at your own cost within 30 days after the purchase. To return goods and for them to be eligible for refund please make sure the following items have been included:
* All unsealed original packaging
* Order date and number
* Reason for return or if an exchange or refund is required
* And, of course, don't forget the product(s)

We recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Once we have received the return and had a chance to inspect the item is suitable for resale, we will happily make a refund or exchange as required. Please note that where Next Working Day Delivery has been selected, postage charges will not be reimbursed. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
